Customer can mail back the product in its original packaging within the first 7 days for return. Please mail back in its original packaging and make sure a printed order confirmation email is included.

For software product, please email us within first seven days to apply for a refund. Please include in your email your order number and a screenshot of error you received when trying to install the software.
